Centre Drive Mill Reducer

Chongqing JS series reduction gears for centre drive mill reducer consists of the main reduction gears, low speed driving system, diaphragm coupling, oil lubrication system and other auxiliary systems. With the features of advanced performance, high reliability, JS series centre drive mill reducer can be widely used for the raw cement mills in the fields of building materials, metallurgy industry as well as sugar industry, etc.

JS series centre drive reducer has a two-stage double-shunt structure, with models ranging from JS90 to JS160, transmission power ranging from 800kW to 4500kW, and transmission ratio ranging from 35:1 to 50:1.
JST series center drive reducer has a three-stage double-shunt structure, with transmission power ranging from 3000 kW to 6300kW, and transmission ratio ranging from 60:1 to 70:1.

Reducer Selection and Ordering Instruction

  1. The reduction gear type selection is based on the requests rated power, speed of main motor and speed of mill. Please refer to the main technical parameters of reduction gear.
  2. While ordering please state the system arrangement type.
  3. Mounting anchor and adjustment washer are included in the supply scope.
  4. Special orders can be made according to different needs of users.
